The Waterloo Suite has a capacity of up to 150 depending on the format of the event. The room is light and airy, has panoramic views over the rugby pitch and viaduct and has an attractive high beamed ceiling. The site has extensive free parking facilities including disabled parking spaces plus wheelchair access via lift.
